About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC operator for one of our clients north of Växjö.

In the role of CNC operator, you will work on our lathes and multi-operation machines equipped with the latest technology. You will be responsible for developing and improving stable setups and machining processes, both in the short and long term.

An important part of the job is to create conditions for the manufacturing of new products, which may involve fixture construction, NC programming, and documentation. You ensure that the machine you are working on delivers high quality and follows established procedures.

Furthermore, your tasks will include daily reporting of completed work and noting any deviations in safety and quality. You will work closely with colleagues in different parts of the organization to collectively contribute to an efficient and well-functioning production.

Start: Immediately
Working Hours: Daytime

Your Profile

Requirements:
- Industrial education with a focus on CNC or equivalent competence
- At least three years of experience working with CNC machines, both lathes and mills
- Previous experience in cutting machining
- Knowledge of rigging and programming of machines (a requirement)
- Good teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility for your tasks

Meritorious:
- Experience with MasterCAM programming
- Knowledge of CAD
- Experience with control systems such as FANUC, HEIDENHAIN, and OKUMA
- Knowledge of LEAN work
- More than three years of experience in cutting machining of complex details
